Basic Life Support Session

We had a very informative session on Saturday delivered by the CPR Counts team from Sutton Coldfield. During the session we learned vital skills that could save someone’s life in an emergency, including what to do if a person has a heart attack, stops breathing or begins choking. On September 20th we had our monthly get-together at #SCBC. NB4U are very lucky to have this wonderful meeting space every month and we are truly grateful. Trip to Worcester

A wonderful trip recently took place to the city of Worcester, just 40 minutes away by train from Birmingham. Participants had the opportunity to visit some of the city’s highlights: the Guildhall, the Tudor House Museum, and the magnificent Worcester Cathedral.
