The Homes for Ukraine scheme allows Ukrainian citizens to be hosted by British families. Under the scheme, Ukrainians will have leave to remain in Britain for three years with the right to work, receive benefits and access to health care.

Each Ukrainian guest and host will be allocated a dedicated caseworker with the Refugee and Migrant Centre who will be responsible for advising the guest and leading them through the steps to settle in Birmingham.
Offers advice when moving on from host to independent living and financial support to assist with deposit, the first few months’ rent and utilities.
* Representatives from RMC and Spring Housing usually come to our Monday ESOL sessions and will be available to talk to guests face-to-face.
Being based in Sutton Coldfield, we are able to offer targeted advice and support in North Birmingham along with ESOL lessons and organised social events to help build new friendships.
