Trip to Worcester

A wonderful trip recently took place to the city of Worcester, just 40 minutes away by train from Birmingham. Participants had the opportunity to visit some of the city’s highlights: the Guildhall, the Tudor House Museum, and the magnificent Worcester Cathedral.

The atmosphere, history, and architecture of Worcester left a lasting impression. Guests from Ukraine especially noted the warm welcome and said they would certainly return one day.

The trip was a great chance to discover English culture and enjoy time together in a friendly atmosphere.

Trip to Sutton New Hall Mill

On Sunday, we enjoyed an exciting trip to Sutton New Hall Mill, located not far from Sutton town centre. This historic watermill offers visitors a chance to see how grain was milled in the past and to experience the atmosphere of bygone centuries. A walk through the picturesque surroundings, along with the opportunity to step inside and learn about the mill’s history, left everyone with vivid and lasting impressions.

The trip was organised by North Birmingham for Ukraine especially for Ukrainians, with the aim of introducing them to the cultural heritage and beautiful landmarks of the region. The day was filled with warmth, friendly conversation, and shared discoveries — memories that will be cherished for a long time.
